Horizons is a global development program designed to guide graduates or early career professionals to improve skills learned at the university. The program has estimated duration of five years and offers coaching and training opportunities focused on technical and interpersonal skills.
Chevron also has a two-year internship program which provides students with opportunities to get hands on experience in a corporate environment. The company offers participants monthly allowance, meals-voucher, transportation voucher, health and life insurance.
To apply for the program, you must:
- Be a university or technical student
- Be proficient in English (advanced level)
- Expect to graduate within two years
- Be available for the internship for 4 or 6 hours a day
