Chevron Oronite is a world-class developer and manufacturer of lubricant additives and chemicals designed to enhance the performance of all types of transportation and industrial equipment. With a global presence and sales networks that extend to local markets, Oronite employs more than 2000 people worldwide.
A subsidiary of Chevron Corporation, Oronite started operating in 1980 in Brazil, where the company owns and operates a facility located in the Mauá Petrochemical Hub. In addition, commercial operations for the Latin America region are managed out of a Rio de Janeiro office.
